i like one guy.and he knows it.we don't know each other.he always watches me when i'm nearby and his friends too.i wrote him an sms.we kinda talked via sms a bit,then he called me twice one and 3 times the other day.but the point was that he called too late,when everybody was sleeping in my apartment and i couldn't talk.so i had to cancel his calling.and sent him sms.he invited me to meet the very next day,but i was really very busy and couldn't.so i said that i was absolutely for meeting.but if he really wanted to meet, he'd have to find me(during the break at the uni).he didn't answer. and also,he said that he wanted to talk to me, because he doesn't like sms.then i wrote him twice.he was very nice.but he didn't end both conversations,he just simply stopped writing both times.we accidentially met at the uni,and he almost ate me with his eyes and turned his neck 360degrees.maybe he just was very busy or he thinks that if i started 1st,i must do everything myself.is he interested?

could he think that if i talked to him again that i was pushing and too intimidating? i'm scared to death to talk to him again but how can i make him talk to me himself?

Dont' be lame "ate me with his eyes" so what, he's watching you, looking at you or checking you out. Whoopty, you mention it three times like it means something, it doesn't. People can't take their eyes of train wreckes either.. (my point with that was not to over analyze, not that you look like a train wreck)
Obviously he wants you to give him a call, so give the guy a call if you are interested enough to get on here and type this long-*** question about him.
CALL THE MAN before he looses interest, it sounds like he's already starting to head that way.

Move on, he's interested, but most likely only in 1 thing, if he wanted to get to know you the sms would be fine, he obviously wants more than talk.

The thing is that he wants you to call him so that he knows that you are interested in him although i don't get the metaphor ate me with his eyes its still very clear that he likes you
