As previously answered - in accordance with the Health and Safety at work act there is no laid down maximum temperature, however you can ask for a 'comfort level' to be taken into consideration.

I would think that depending on where you are driving, an open window might not always be appropriate, so the fitment of a fan would be a reasonable request, remembering you are not necessarily adding fresh air just circulating it.

It must be a very old bus you drive as most of ours dating back to the early eighties have air-con for the driver albeit basic.

Talk to your union rep if you have one.

As far as I can tell, there is no maximum temperature, only a minimum.
