Just be yourself and don't try too hard. Girls get fed up if a bloke is trying to impress them. If you are a genuine and honest person that will go a long way for you. If you can start off being friendly and holding casual conversations, gradually once your confidence grows and you can see that a girl is interested, then you may be able to pluck up the courage to ask her out for a drink. Remember girls can be self-conscious too. Good luck!!

well your qn is not very precise.popularity is not something that u are born with but u make it ..if u want to become popular with women try and ask guyz from your school's/college,basketball,rugby and fotball teams.they will tell u that being the best in whatever u do will make women crave for u .show them that u are the master of your art /field of practice.it takes courage for a man to be become pop with ldies..so if u are not into any of the fields listed above try to be the best in your field of practice or alternatively find someone to help win their hearts.

girls love a guy with confidence and a bit of cheek and charm; after all if ya dont love yourself who else is gonna!!!
Look in the mirror and say 20 times "im a great person" till you believe it and list all your good qualities, even silly things like nice fingers!!!
Also go somewhere you like, wearing clothes you like, cos you'll feel more at ease xxx

First of all, go from being self-conscious to self-confident...
Secondly, you need to be able to make small talk...
Thirdly, learn to listen to women, and not just talk... Women love to talk, especially about themselves... ;) Then listen to all they say and use that to show how caring you are...

try to relax, easer said than done i know, just be yourself too. Sometimes people pick up on others being tense when they are self conscious and it can be off-putting or misread.
try new places or new things to do where you could meet people and someone will like you for who you are
