Simple, the next letter you recieve write on it that you want to be taken off and mail it back to them.If that doesn't work call the number on the letter and request to be taken off.

If you call them and ask them to then they will. they might ask you why you would like to, and may try to convince you to change your mind, but stick to it, and they will take you off. Hope this helped!
