Honey! that's no assurance that your bf loves you. Im not saying he doesn't. It's just that saying is far more easy than doing. U have to remember that guys do a lot of stunts to conquer, so be careful to differentiate love from lust.

sounds like hes feeling you out on this one! He probably does feel love for you and doesn't want to be rejected if he says it and your not feeling that way!
I would not say "i love you" til you feel the time is right. If he says it you can say something like "i am very fond or like you alot and my feelings are moving that way, but just aren't there yet. Thank you for being so honest with me"

yes when guys say that it means they really do feel they love you, how strong and true that love is, even they dont realise....just talk to him about this!
