In all incidents of wrong doings found in the bible, starting with the serpent tricking Adam and Eve into eating the apple, its to be noted that the devil always comes first, pretending to be "good" but in reality being Satan himself.
Jesus represent all that is "good and holy" but man's shortfalls especially when it comes to choosing between wrong and right, makes Satan's job so easy in convincing man that he is Jesus, for man will always choose the easy way out all the time.

Matthew 24:3-6
3 As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. "Tell us," they said, "when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?"
4 Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you.
5 For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many.
6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.

What? If you're talking about the second coming, the Antichrist comes then there are several years of suffering on earth. Christ will come second.
