You could ask her to meet you at restaurant that means the most to you and (especially if it's close to your anniversary) call ahead for reservations and ask for the waiter/waitress to set out a nice bottle of wine or champagne and a couple of glasses. Ya know, candlelight and all that. And have the ring box sitting there on her charger (decorative plate that is already on the table when you come in) with a note card asking her to open the box and you will be there hiding when she comes in, but the box will be empy. The ring will be in your possession. Watch as she opens the box and then come to the table with the ring in your hand and get downon one knee and ask her like that.. It will be so awesome and romantic. Plus, red roses or whatever her favorite flower is right there in a vase on the table for her to take home at the end of the night.
It could be like a little note card that says open me, and when she opens the empty ring box, there will be a little note inside that says something like "Look UP!" Then, there you will be and you can get down on one knee and propose like that. Then when you guys actually get to the eating part of the night and like, way, way after she will be all happy and glowy and stuff. SUPER-DUPER romantic evening. good luck with whatever you do.

01 Take a bowl and beg for love. Make ur shirt etc should be torn and you should look a real begger.
02 Invite her in a cafe and look in her eyes straight and keep looking till she asks you what? When she asks you what ? Just shy and say u want to marry her? Shy again. And look down. Unless she says yes.

If you live near water or a beach you can plant a bottle with a message-write a romantic letter and at the end ask her to marry you...you go on an outing "find" the bottle and get her to read it and then down on one knee and propose.

Go to the exact place where you met her.
You can prompt her to go on a "scavanger hunt" type a thing, leave her clues for her to follow and end up in the the place where you guuys met for the first time. Then come out of the blue and surprise her with a box of chocolates.
The ring will be in the box of chocolates. Whenever she opens the box to get one get on your knees and say something meaningful and special and ask her to be your wife.

Choose a special location or moment - that's for free expect the travelling. On top of a hill? At a lake? While being on a boat?
Perhaps you find something with a special meaning to her?
Fantasy and imagination have a much bigger effect than anything you could buy!

take her out on a nice (but simple) pic-nic
beforehand prepare the following and keep them in a bag until the meal is over.
buy 3 roses, one white, one pink and one yellow.
and take 3 post it notes, write past on the first, present on the second and future on the third.
stick the past on the white rose to symbolize a pure love.
stick present on the pink rose to symbolize a Rosy (wonderful) time in your lives
stick future on the yellow rose to symbolize the love you will share into your golden years.
give her these roses and explain the meanings of each, then get down on one knee and say what is in your heart, then ask her to marry you.

let me tell you something,my man dont ahve enough money eather,but he propose to me in front of my house the sceond time the first time it was at his house and i cryed.it was sooo nice and it come from hes heart,you do what your heart say and she will love it done have matter what you say or do,as long you gave her the ring this all she really wants........ blevied me
