she should be a proper african girl and i want to adopt her when she is a very small kid. but i dont want to marry, that is i should adopt her as single. how do i do it? does the african government allow this?

why an african girl? why dark are questions that i dint think about. JUST wanted to adopt. people, pls help me out. I have no contacts in africa nor do i know anything about the social agencies there nor do i know the rules of the govnmnt nor do i have possible sources. PLS HELP !!!
