I don't think it's a language like English with verbs, nouns, subjects, conjugation, etc. But they use patterns of sounds and notes to comunicate quite effictively.

It is not language.They are just signs among animals that are not considered as language.

yes although they dont speak english they communicate with body language, scents and audible noises of their own language.
we also use body language and scents as communication but they dont teach them in school.
