Believe it or not, but the super cheapest way to whiten your teeth will only cost you about $1 - yes - one dollar (or so). It's called baking soda. When you brush your teeth, put the toothpaste on your brush and then dip your brush into a small pile of baking soda (so it clumps to the bristles). After about a week or two you will definitely notice the difference.

Colgate whitening tooth paste with fluoride is the best cheapest and safest way..Bicarb Of soda, baking powder and pearl drops tooth paste is much to abrasive and will damage the Enamel on your teeth, making them more yellow (Believe it or not), because more dentine will come through and dentine is darker.....

Keep away from the Tip Ex and the paint.
I think that the girl in Boots gave the best advice.
I think that bread or baking soda is a bit severe on teeth.
Just my humble opinion.

A bicarb of soda solution with wather should do the trick. You buy it from the baking section of supermarkets. Mix as much bicarb of soda into some water as you can, and brush your teeth with it before using toothpaste.

bleach on acotton bud removes all stains and is the cheapest of all i know a lot of people who do this but dont swollow and rinse well

i work at boots and we sell lots....my best advice to you is come into your local boots and just ask one of the gals...we are all very helpful and there are colour charts etc there so u can c what kind of strong or best one will suit your needs.....
