One of the very best things that he can do for her is to give her an entire day of pampering.
Start with breakfast in bed, a couple of colorful flowers on the tray with it. During the day, perhaps taking her to see a movie that she has been wanting to see. A romantic dinner either prepared by him or out depending upon her desires and his capabilities. Afterward perhaps he could draw her a nice bubble bath, lights off and a few candles around to give a warm feeling. After this a soft body massage and then let things go where they will.

rent a cabin somewher with a fireplace.. get it all set up with rose petals all over the bed. have candles that smell good all over the room. blindfold her and make it a surprise. talk about how much you have enjoyed her through out the time of the relationship and how you are so thankful for her. the rest is up to your imagination

Look jwellery is all time favorite. He must buy something she loves. But a nice dinner outside and a fabulous kiss on (anywhere she likes) is best before give her jwellery.

He should pay attention when their out shopping. If there is a particular precious stone that she likes buy her a nice one of those. Not all girls like diamonds, I know I don't. Teddy bears are good too.
