Recipe consists of
Ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning and sauteed with onions and peppers and other spices you like.
Then spicy mashed beans is added to mixtured.
Then marinara is added but not too much so that it becomes saucy.
Add more fresh onions, cilantro, peppers.
Stir in fresh spaghetti pasta to mixture.
With some home cut fried fries prepared mix into mixture to create a mash. Top with a little bit of diced roma tomatoes, onions, cilantro, pepper.
A very hearty and filling dish.

This recipe just came to me and I wanted to know if this sounds familiar as a dish in a country or if you may know of a dish similar to this.

Thank you!

That is identical to Texas Hash. Other slight variations (spices and beans) are Jackpot, Shipwreck, and Cattle Rustler's Hash. They all have the same ingredients with a variation of the taste according to the spices you had, and they all are extremely delicious they just sound like alot of "stuff" thrown together. Good down home kinda meals.

You lost me when you got to this bit:

With some home cut fried fries prepared mix into mixture to create a mash.

I just don't get what you mean by that?????

I've never heard of it before...maybe the closest it sounds like would be a spicy Sheppard's Pie, but that's going out on a long stretch.
You did make my mouth water though...that sounds really good!

It sounds like a variation of pasta and potatoes which is a traditional italian peasant dish.

It sounds delicious.

I thought at first you were making a burrito but I realized you weren't.

I am not familiar with it but I am going to try it.
