Most of you don't realise that this is a question relating to Islam. I believe that if you are member of a particular denomination you abide by the rules of that denomination unles you can prove thru your own holy book that the practise is not according to your scripture.

Women should absolutely be prayer warriors with just as much leadership capabilities as men. While the man is supposed to be the spiritual head of the household, lets face it, sometime's they're not. And if the options are to have a woman lead the call for prayer, worship, etc or to wait for a man to get up off his rear, then by all means, let the woman take charge! :)

Women should lead, period. The call to prayer is only one example if that is a thing you wish to do.

I have no problem with it. If she wants to lead the prayer, than by all means do. I take this approach on most things and in this day and age, it would be chauvinistic to think to otherwise.

Absotively, posilutely. Um, absolutely, positively.

God made Eve from Adam's rib to stand by his side and be his helpmate. We are certainly given the same abilities and anointing to lead a call to prayer and to teach God's Word. Many, many people have been saved by the teaching and preaching of women throughout history.

God doesn't care who spreads His light of salvation, male or female. He only cares that it gets sent out to all the lost children to give them the opportunity to accept Him as Lord and Savior.

It is man who puts constraints on the position of women in preaching and teaching the Word of God, not God.

I don't think God is in Heaven gnashing his teeth and shaking his head because Joyce Meyer, Lisa Bevere, Cheryl Salem, Grace Cho, Lindsay Willis, Deborah Cobrae, Paula White (shall I go on) are teaching the Word of God to millions of people and have thousands of salvations every year. I believe He is thrilled.
