Sometimes when i eat i feel that the inner part of my mouth (the roof of my mouth with soft tissues) would sting and starts swelling....I tried to see if it's because of a specific type of food but found no connection. Any one?

You must be allergic to something. Go see an allergist and write down everything you eat and when it happens. Keep Benadryl with you in case you need a quick release from the symptoms (if you can take Benadryl). Many times it's an allergy to fruits, seafood, or nuts.
