DONT cruise out of Manhattan. You end up cruising with a bunch of rude, pushy new yorkers and long islanders. Its worth the couple hundred bucks to fly to a destination like Tampa.

The entire week I spent in New York I only saw one cruise line and that would be Carnival.

Definately CARNIVAL and NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE.
Also PRINCESS has a ship going out of NY for this summer.
ROYAL CARIBBEAN and CELEBRITY CRUISES goes out of CApe Liberty, Bayonne in New Jersey.
