i am 40 years male and donnt have complete shave how i can grow my complete shave?

You are born a certain way and, without surgery, that is all you can do. Sometimes cutting hair can make it grow somewhat faster and thicker.

continue to shave your entire face even if it doenst need it and more hair will grow back
