Yes, Muslim women are allowed to use make up of any type, but with the following conditions:
1- She can wear make up for her husband.
2- she can wear make up if she is in the company of Muslim women.
3- She can wear make up in the presence of her family-parents, brothers, sister......
4- She is not allowed to wear make up in public, strangers are not supposed to see her wearing make up.
5- Make up should not contain pigs fat or alcohols

First women could wear any type of makeup and any colors but in only two cases
1. If she is with only Muslim Women like her where no Male could see them
2. If she is to put Make up to her Husband
other than that ...why do it ? plus of course it is allowed to put a cream or some olive or anything to make the skin more healthy which is not a makeup of course :)

Yes as a Muslim woman I can wear makeup. I do not have a problem finding what I want at the local drug store. It is to look natural. But most women want to look naturally beautiful. But you should know that Muslim women come in all shades of skin color. I am a white woman with Blondie hair and green eyes in fact.
The only time a woman should not wear makeup is when she is praying. Then she should clean face.

yes dear. Islam allows a woman to wear a makeup to any extent ONLY before here husband and childrens bcoz showing her makeup to outer world creates evil thots in their mind.
Itz most of the mens tendency that when they see a beautiful women, passion & evil comes to his mind and so forth....

I dont know in islam, they are allowed or not. But I believe they dont need to wear make up because they looks most beautiful without any make up!!

They can wear whatever they want under their hijabs. As for make ups, they rather avoid the ones containing alcohol.
