Stafford is the county town of Staffordshire in England. It lies in the north of the West Midlands region, between Wolverhampton and Stoke-on-Trent.

Leicester is the largest city in the English East Midlands It lies on the River Soar and at the edge of the National Forest.

...ish, Stafford is in the West Midlands and Leicester is in the East Midlands and they're about an hour or so's drive apart.
