For Muslims:
The Disbelievers
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
[109.1] Say: O unbelievers!
[109.2] I do not serve that which you serve,
[109.3] Nor do you serve Him Whom I serve:
[109.4] Nor am I going to serve that which you serve,
[109.5] Nor are you going to serve Him Whom I serve:
[109.6] You shall have your religion and I shall have my religion
So let them live and live in peace....

Bible and Quran both are Allah's books and Eisa and Muhammad (pbuh) are the prophet of Allah. Allah sent many messanger ( Adam , Ibraheem, Yaqoob etc ) when any prophet come He makes some changes in the rules of old one's that was orders of Allah. But one remain same that Allah is Alone and Allah is infinite.
So some changes are occur when Quran sent by Allah thorough Muhammad (pbuh). So if all beleave in Quran than no matter is solvable all are clear.
Allah gives peace to all Aamin.

Lets go back to the beginning, First because of disobedience and disbelieve Ishmael was born when the promise was through Sarah
(Genesis 18:9-14)Genesis 18:18 Allah predicted here (and in several other places) that all nations on earth would be blessed through Abraham. About two thousand years later the apostle Paul, seeing in this a prediction of Allah reaching out through Jews to non-Jews with the message of Christianity, wrote that Allah had "announced the gospel in advance to Abraham" (Galatians 3:8)

Asalam Alaikum
For non-Muslims, the Quran says they will not be happy with Muslims until they believe as they believe.
For Muslims, some are just fighting back, others are in it for the power and not God(Allah) and others are just misguided.
There will be war were each side says believe as I believe or die. But that time is not now, that time will be when Jesus(Isa, peace be upon him) returns. Till then we can live in peace, but it is a two way street.

I believe some true believer don't fight each other, even toward other religion people, no matter it is from Christian or Muslim, as most of those that fight always using religion name to gain their own personal motive.
Personally, i think no matter what religion background we are, believer should more mature not to mix religion with politics issue, cost we never know what may happen, after we miss used God's name for own purposes.
For this question, sure we supposed to live like friends, that will be some great ideal ;)

Sorry but you supposition is wrong.
The Bible was not written by Allah
Jesus was not JUST a prophet he is the Son of God
Both do NOT believe to basic identities
Which group (keep politics out) promotes (or does nothing to stop) violence and the killing on "infidels"
Which group once in power will take away the rights of "non-believers"

While we may have differences in our beliefs, I agree that there is no reason for anger/hostility. As a Christian, it is a complete contradiction of our faith to act/respond in violence. Yes, I am sadly aware that many who call themselves "Christian" do just that. Unfortunately, it seems that the quiet/faithful majority (of Muslims and Christians) are often overshadowed by the radical minority. The majority must denounce anyone who commits violent acts against mankind, and we must become a greater influence towards peace, love, and understanding.

You don’t fight. You only quarrel because of a very basic thing: for Christians Jesus is the most important thing, while Muslims degrade him into a prophet.

There are no good relations between Christians today and Jesus PBUH. Christians today follow Paul (Saul) the corruptor not Jesus. Jesus hates all those who claim he is God or son of God.

My position is; don't judge me, I won't judge you. We need to work together as one. I'm a conservative Christian and my church preaches tolerance and understanding. Most conservative Christian denominations are not like mine, they have this mindset that all Muslims are evil and need to be converted. Its the same attitude the terrorists have! So really, there is no difference between the jihad and the modern day nut job preachers.
I agree, lets live as friends!
God Bless,
