Who overshadowed Mary? Isn't it the Holy Spirit? I think you didn't notice that the verses you gave has spelled son in small letters while the title given to Jesus is capitalized. It is done so you would see the differences.
-Matt.14:33 And they that were in the boat worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.
-1 John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, [even] in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
-John3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life.
17 For God sent not the Son into the world to judge the world; but that the world should be saved through him.
Those few verses should give you the clue.

I believe in the Holy Bible.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

If someone is close to God, as you said, then he or she must be of spirit, in turn what kind of spirit would that be?...Jesus is the Son of God...and some of us, were created before hand to share his Kingdom...in turn, since God created us, the only possible way we could look at him is as a Father...

He is not God's son. He is a Prophet of God, just as Abraham and Moses were. This idea of him being the "Son" of God, or God himself, are lies invented by Saul of Tarsus (Paul) and similar people. Jesus had never said such a thing. In the Semitic languages, Arabic, Hebrew, Aramaic, etc. There are no capital letters. "Son of God" is most likely a European/Roman innovation incorporated into modern Christianity.
In the Holy Qur'an, the Muslim holy book, God says: "And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah'?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, Thou I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden."
5:116
Muslims believe that Jesus was the Messiah for the Israelites and that he came and brought the Gospel and spread the message of love and One God. They do not believe he is God, or that God could ever have a son, as that is a great blasphemy in Islam. God is above all such things.

John 3:16-"God loved the world so much, that he gave his only begotten son,in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life"
John 9:35-37"...Jesus had heard that they had thrown him out, and,on finding him,he said"Are you putting faith in the Son of man?"The [man] answered"And who is he sir, that I may put faith in him?".Jesus said to him"You have seen him and besides,he that is speaking with you is that one"
In Romans,Paul is talking to the anoinnted ones that will be ruling in heaven as kings and priests with Christ. These ones who remain faithful to death, are given immortality and through Holy Spirit become adopted Sons of God.
1.In Exodus 4:22 Jehovah referred to the Nation of Israel as his firstborn, implying that they would constitute but the first of a family of nations that Jehovah would come to have. And this particular "son" would be highly distinguished as a priestly nation that in due time might have the priviledge of representing all other national groups before Jehovah.
2. At 2Sam7:13,14 King David learns that the seed[Jesus]will be his descendent and will rule as king forever.-Jehovah is talking about Jesus.
3. Again at Jer.31:9 Jehovah is referring to the nation as 'his son' not an individual
4. Adam had no human father,therefore Jehovah God was his father.Long before the creation of his human son,God already had countless spirit sons,angels,all of whom got their life from the Father without sexual reproduction and birth..The Bible says Jehovah God has many sons,both angelic and human.(Gen6:4;Job 1:6;
Luke 3:38).
5. King David under divine inspiration foretells at Psalm 2:7 Jehovah acknowledged Jesus as HIs Son at his baptism and resurrection to spirit life to become King of God's heavenly kingdom.According to this Psalm,God tells his Son "Ask of me,that I may give nations as your inheritance and the ends of the earth as your possession"-Ps.2:8
A understanding of the Scriptures is necessary in order to be able to discern the content of the text
The main thing to understand is that Jesus was the firstborn of ALL creation.Everything else was created through him

There is a difference between a son by birth, and a son by adoption. I hope god thinks of me as his son, but realize he has to adopt me.
