She says it is all in her head. I feel I am doing something wrong. I work very hard at it in all types of foreplay also.

Keep at it...actually, she is trying too hard and needs to relax.
Get her to give you guidance...have her tell you things like "just like that" when you're doing what she wants.
It's not unusual that she could take a long time ... but she enjoys it the whole time. So don't just concentrate on the climax ... it's ALL good.

It's all in her head. She's scared of something or she's just trying too hard. It's also possible that because she didn't climax the first time, she can't get out of her head that she won't this time, either.

It's called placebo - it's like when you are trying to go to sleep but the thought of not being able to sleep stops you from being able to.

Make sure her clit is getting stimulation. If she won't rub it, stick your thumb down there and rub on it while you are going at it.

Get counseling together and she might need some on her own--somewhere in her past, I'll bet there was a bad sexual experience and although she may not consciously be aware that it still affects her physically it still does. It took many years of trial and error for me to find this out through a good counselor but now that I have worked through the pain, it is possible to have an orgasm again!

I know it's difficult, but don't make that your main focus. Get her to relax and forget about climaxing. Foreplay and all kinds of stimulation is sure to help. Once she has realised that there is no more pressure on her. It will just happen naturally. Have fun!!!

It might be embarassing but tell her to show you or tell you how.Once you two get in that comfort zone will you be truly free to open up. Dont stress on it either. Women have sex with thier emotions as well as thier bodys... so if you stress her bout it then it will take you that much longer. Try watching a porn together, sip some wine and really give it a go

maybe it is all in her head. she might be too selfconscious of her body to relax enough. just the same use lots of fore play. many chicks need at least 20 minutes to get fully warmed up (hee hee). you could also try to have sex in the morning when you wake up, she'll be a lot less inhibited and more likely to climax.
and don't WORK hard at it,PLAY hard at it. it should all be fun.

Some women need other types of stimulation also. Try having her masturbate while you are having sex or try oral sex. Maybe even a toy during foreplay.
Have her show you how she makes herself come and try some of those ways.
