not unless it's a company of international stature. the better option would be if you had someone going there, you could show them what you wanted and where u were about to buy it from. also, you could check for returns policy if any.

certainly the company should be reputable, so that you might seek answers from them after the fact,,,BUT WHY NOT???
Have you taken notice of how many products are not made in your own country,,,no matter that country?
More importantly you didn't detail your issue, either with India or Online? I think more info is what we should have been able to garner in order to give you better answers.
