You will need to apply for an appropriate visa through the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan. The U.S. Embassy in Kabul does not yet process visas for Afghans unless they are employees of the Afghan government or associated with an international government agency (United Nations, World Bank, IMF, etc.). The type of visa you apply for will depend on the purpose of your visit.
