Welcome to the real world. You'll meet good people in the Navy. You'll meet bad ones, too. Fact is, your depression is just beginning. Wait till you're 40, have kids and realize that damn few of your dreams ever came true. Your mother is on dialysis, your dad has cancer and your wife is stricken with multiple sclerosis. Then, half of the friends you made it the Navy are dead the other in jail, none of your high school friends have a life outside their little town and can't relate to anything you've done. Your boss doesn't recognize your talents or experience and pays you half of what you're worth. You can't take another job because you need the insurance to pay for your wife's medication... And you're worried about graduation... get over it. Did that put things in perspective for you a little?

Wow, I am just now going into High School so, I still have four years left. I am already dreading leaving, because I am already have plans to move to the other side of the United States. But, joining the Navy is a great way to meet some very nice people. My cousin is in the Navy. Plus, it is a great way to protect your country. Hope you have a great time with whatever you do.
