If you value your job, I'd suggest that you don't play with her game. If anything bad happens, you can be sure your reputation with your boss will suffer and you will get on his black list.
There's other fishes in the sea, don't destroy your career over this one.
If it's just a summer job or nothing important, then a bit of flirting and dating can't hurt really... ; -)

Tell her no. If you have a story with your boss, one day or the other the story will follow you. You're young this relationship will bring you nothing concretely usable in your future career...

It's legal to go with it.
Age isn't everything.
