its a posibillity you have hyperhidrosis, its a disease when people sweat a lot more than usual, sometimes it has odor sometimes it doesnt but it usually affects the palms of the hands, the face, back and pits, the treatment i believe is a simple laser surgery.

Extreme diaphoreis can be helped with poweders or sprays that stop sweating. If that doesn't work, there is surgery that can be done to "turn off" your sweat glands in places like your hands, feet and underarms. Doctors may be a little hesitant to give you the surgery because without the ability to perspire, your body can overheat and heat exhustion or stroke can happen.

U are over weight. Lose a few kilos by regular exercise.

Swimming can help regulate body temperature and be a good way to work the whole body.

Drink around 8 glasses of water daily to maintain ure water levels to prevent dehydration.

Lastly, dress appropriatly in warm conditions with loose cotton shirts and baggy trousers and boxers.
