Runner's world had a good amount of stretching articles. Go to www.runnersworld.com and search for stretches. Here is one article: http://www.runnersworld.com/article/0,5033,s6-51-0-0-260,00.html. Also, http://www.coolrunning.com has some nice articles as well.

For the gluteaus maximus I like to lay on the ground, grasp my left leg and pull the knee (gently) towards my right shoulder. That usually results in a nice glute stretch.

Good luck.

Without a doubt you can find good stretches for runners at http://www.runnersworld.com

They also have sections for training, injury or conditions, you can set up a profile and track all your running online and it can then give you an idea of how you are progressing.

CLearly the best site for runners. I was a distance runner in highschool and college at a fairly competitive level. I am now a personal trainer and work with alot of runners.
