Not much but I'd tell you to relax try taking deep breaths, think happy thoughts, go easy on caffine or nicotine and get some good sleep.

try singing your fav song or thinking abt the best moment u had.. ot sumthin that make u happy.

chammomile tea it's better to go natural ,plus this will calm your nerves better then a nerve pill
