The Lord has delivered me from;
Tripping on acid, cocain, pot, narcotic meds, anxiety meds (Xanax), fornication, partying, cussing, suicidal attempts, cutting myself up, watching bad shows on TV, U name it! God is so awesome, and He has been merciful, and forgiven ALL my sins! He has spared me from my near death suicide attempts, where I was even hospitalized for several months in intensive care. If I wouldn't have survived, I would have never had been married or have 2 beautiful children, and Soooooo much more!
I am so greatful to Jesus Christ my Lord!

I gave up cutting and barfing food..
My parents died like a month ago, then my girlfriend dumped me. I started cutting and barfing food. I went to school and fainted as I was walking through the hallway. then I went to my house where i found the government asking me to pay for everything. I was getting so mad sad and nervous... then I couldn't breathe and fainted, when i woke up at the hospital. I tried to leave and i said "but it was just a panic attack" and the nurse said " cause by starvation" then i went to counseling but im still not over any of those.
(please send this and repost in myspace, the more posts i get, the less money I'll have to pay to keep my house)

nothing wrong with a beer every once in awhile. im not a christian anymore but i had pastors when i was a christian that drank every once in awhile.
God hasn't helped me overcome anything. God ignored me when i needed him the most and i learned a hard lesson. self reliance. So i suppose the biggest obsticale God helped me overcome was God himself.
Now i'm a heathen, and its laid out that we have to be self reliant, not infants begging an arrogent god for help.

You see. It was most hard to give up things that are in us. Not to change somebody but to change ourselves.
If this is your point also then you just start to work on yourself, quietly. This is why it seams that Muslims are practicing only terrorism. There are a lot of Muslims that are practicing to be beater man or woman, to clean themselves.
The very same is with the Cristian's, Buddhists, etc...

Smoking was probably the hardest, but thank God for miracles.
Haven't had a smoke in 28 years. Hallelujah. Thank-you Jesus.
Glory, Glory, Glory.
I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails!!!
And it doesn't bother me a bit if someone else smokes.

I'm still trying to give up porn, lust and masturbation. It's hard, but I've got Jesus on my side. Problem is I don't always run to Him for my protection and to be my refuge in times of trouble. But every time, I really do, He never failed me. But most of the time I don't, I fall. I need some prayers! thx.
