I don't know about seven deadly sins but what I do know is that Jesus was asked that question - only in a different way ("What is the greatest commandement"), that was the question asked in the Bible and Jesus answered by saying the greatest commandment is "love God with all your heart, with all your mind, body and soul" This answer is wide in the sense that one should not worship idols, make images of what is in hevean or on earth and love God with all your heart.
Another question was then asked and Jesus answered that the greatest sin a person can commit is blasphemy against the Holy spirit. He went on elaborating by saying that a person can swear/insult God or Jesus Christ and be forgiven but when a person swears or insults the Holy Spirit then God cannot forgive of that sin.
How do you insult the Holy Spirit? Rejecting Him, saying or accepting that he is not God, for instance if a pastor or someone else drives or drove out demons and you say that must be the work of the devil or the devil is the one that did that then I'm afraid you are blaspheming against the Holy Spirit.
Keep well and God bless.

The seven deadly sins, also known as the capital vices or cardinal sins, are a classification of vices used in early Christian teachings to educate and protect followers from basic human instincts. The church divided sin into two types: venial (forgiven without the need for the sacrament of Confession) and capital (meriting damnation). Beginning in the early 14th-century, the popularity of the 7 deadly sins with artists of the time engrained them in human culture around the world. The generally accepted deadly sins are superbia (hubris/pride), avaritia (avarice/greed), luxuria (extravagance, later lust), invidia (envy), gula (gluttony), ira (wrath), and acedia (sloth).

It's incredible how the RCC bathes in its own HUBRIS and GREED --for power and supremacy-- to come up with their "own" list of deadly and not-too-deadly sins! Wow...
What about the fact that they altered the original Ten Commandments?
Whatever happened to the Second Commandment about GRAVEN IMAGES to begin with?? They skipped it altogether, renumbered the rest, and then expanded the Tenth that they made into two separate commandments, the 9th and 10th. Yeah, right!
And what about changing the Sabbath to Sunday to please the sun-worshipping Roman pagans?? That sure took care of [most] all the Sabbath worshippers in one fell swoop [a.k.a. the Jewish Diaspora and the concurrence of Hitler's holocaust!].
And what about "changing the times" as Daniel predicted? That was when some pope decided to alter and change the calendar [from Julian to Gregorian] at his whim. Whoa... there Nelly!!
If that's not BLASPHEMY TO GOD, then I don't know what is. Heaven help those who continue to remain blinded by their loyalty to Darkness.
Peace be with you!

Pro 6:16 These six Jehovah hates; yea, seven are hateful to his soul:
Pro 6:17 a proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
Pro 6:18 a heart that plots wicked plans, feet hurrying to run to evil,
Pro 6:19 a false witness who speaks lies, and he who causes fighting among brothers.
