I like to imagine sitting with my great-great-great grandparents and telling them about airplanes, space-travel, mobile phones, the Internet ... and how totally unbelievable all this would be to them. Then I think about the same conversation I could have with my great-great-great grandchildren and what they would tell me! Brain transplants, men giving birth, holidays on other planets, the cure for AIDS - on the path of discovery that we are on, nothing that is within our imagination is beyond possibility.

i do not think so for the time being, because the brain is highly complex organ with poor ability to regenerate.

Never never ever, can you imagine........your brain is what make you, you.
They can never take your brain and put it into your dad or brother or your garden boy's head plus it's far too complicated.

At this time it seems quite imposable to do that. It will probably never come to be.

Well, as Arthur C. Clarke said (I paraphrase), whatever you can imagine can happen.
