INVOLVE MUSLIMS FIGHTING NON-MUSLIMS OR EACH OTHER!
There are many trouble spots around the world, but as a general rule, it's easy to make an educated guess at one of the participants: Muslims vs. Jews in "Palestine," Muslims vs. Hindus in Kashmir, Muslims vs. Christians in Africa, Muslims vs. Buddhists in Thailand, Muslims vs. Russians in the Caucasus, etc... So is Islam really a religion of peace??

Oh, and Muslims vs Muslims in Iraq

The world "ISLAM" is Arabic for "surrender" or "submission" to the will of Allah [God]. In the language of the Holy Qur'an, Islam means the readiness of a person to take orders from God and to follow them through. It is not derived from the word, "peace," as Muslims would have us believe! Look it up in any dictionary and see for yourself! Seeing a Muslim praying nearly flat on his face five times a day even projects the appearance of a master-slave relationship... a submission of sorts. And while the Muslim is submissive to Allah, all "non-believers" (Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Catholics, etc.) MUST submit to the Muslim. That's how THEIR God wills it to be!

I think the problem is more universal than that....... I think we as a race are incapable of a peaceful co existence. If we examine the question as well as the answers we will find one common factor "MAN".

I think we constantly look for ways to categorize each other and ourselves and then we try and find out how the different groups are incompatible with each other and how we can make a mountain out of a molehill.

I think the world leaders are trying to create a world with two main divisions i.e. the Islamic and the non Islamic and I think that we are all playing to their game plan.

On a more philosophical note, maybe this is the way the world and the supernatural forces plan to control the earth's biggest invaders: MAN.

Islam is not at fault and anyone that thinks so should do a little reading and research since it is not the teachings of the Holy Quran that is causing all this trouble. Misfits, terrorists, fanatics, and other bastards have twisted the whole meaning of being Muslim and created these horrible conditions that they are facing in these dire days. Yes. Islam for peace.
For those true Muslims and those who new what is Islam, they do know for sure that Islam is for peace.
As much as Islam for peace,if attacked, they do revenge, and reveng comes hard.
In so many places on earth,attacks on Muslims are daily routine, and that is why you hear about Islam being involved in fights, and they have the right to defend themselves with all means.
Now since USA and UK occupied Iraq, both couturiers adopted the doctrine of :divide & rule" and that is why intenal fight started between Muslims in Iraq. Can you tell me if you ever hear of them fighting before occupation????
For how long did Christians fight in Europe, and mainly in Irland...?? Did any one characrize Christianity as a Religion of hate and killing ???????????????

Ok, first of all those conflicts are not about religions.
Secondly, mostly it weren’t Muslims who started the conflicts.
Third, Islam forbids to kill innocent people.
Fourth:

This is very easy to answer. No, it is not a religion of peace. Not for the disbelievers, anyway.

In order to back this rather contentious statement, I call upon a long history of Islamic texts, Clerical Scholars, and real world activity. That seems like a reasonable approach, to me.

The main source is the Noble Koran, the unchangeable direct word from Allah, and the main source of Islamic belief, read by millions, every day, and treated with the utmost respect and reverence.
The believer is encouraged, no, commanded, 'To fight in the way of Allah, for glory on this earth, and in Paradise'. But this is not mere baseless rhetoric. And it is a fact that Islam is in an ETERNAL WAR with all non-believers, till they are subjugated, under the will, and the Law, of Allah.

Koran Chapter 8 Verse12
" When thy Lord inspired the angels, (saying): I am with you. So make those who believe stand firm. I will throw fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then smite the necks and smite of them each finger. " That will be, beheading them and chopping off their fingers.

2.191 "And slay them wherever ye find them, such is the reward of disbelievers."

9.05 "Slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each an ambush. "

Not much peace here. It is important to note, that there are tolerant verses in the Koran, but they are all annulled by later, violent and intolerant verses. (The Koran , somewhat sneakily, is not in chronological order.)

But, maybe that isn't enough, for the truly inquiring mind. What is this Jihad thing?

9.111 ".. the Garden (of Paradise) will be theirs: they shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain, that is the supreme triumph."

So those suicide bombers? They are fighting in the way of Allah, and will go to paradise.

So if they win a battle (in the Koran), they are allowed war-booty, slaves, and allowed to rape the women, and girls. If they die, they go straight to Paradise. It's a kind of win-win for the Muslims, but a serious lose-lose for the non-believers (murdered, raped, enslaved, and their possessions and land stolen from them.)

8.39 "Make war on them until idolatry is no more and Allah's religion reigns supreme"

Simply put, they will fight, and carry on fighting until they achieve world domination, under Allah.

Mohammed said' War is deceit'. Unbelievably, more Muslims are killed by Muslims, because of small differences in their faiths, based on these texts. (Fascinating, isn't it?)

You may say, well, all that is from an ancient religious text 1400 years old, and you are absolutely correct. But 1.3 billion people behave in exact accordance with its every demand. (Luckily, not all of them are that religious, otherwise the earth would be a blood bath).

it is supposed to be. alot of those things, if you actually try to understand the reasons why theyre happening, you might see that its not because islam is bad, its because the people are having shitty lives. in palestine that land was rightfully theirs until the british colonizers just had to give palestinan land to the jews (im not anti-semetic btw). many of these conflicts were caused by others, and the people who are being affected just happened to be muslim.

Islam is one of the most sacred,purest religion in this world most of my friends are muslims....they all are very religious,yet modern in their way of life...their families observe the purdah system,yet they mingle freely with others.Unfortunately for Islam...a bunch of ************* mullahs have given it a bad name...interpreting the sacred,holy koran as per their whims and fancies...its a very beautiful religion,try reading the koran...to understand what mohammed actually meant ..
