I am a senior hair stylist,it really depends on your skin tone.If one is pale,keep away from too harsh or darl colours.The hot colour,at the mo is subtle high or low lights,placed underneath the parting(so you get colour when movement is produced,but no visible roots,on the parting(so its the smart alternitive,for those who cannot afford to keep getting the re-growth done)or what is known as triangle foils,towards the mid section,for funky chunks of colour.Coppers are always nice colours-of course blonde hair will never be un cool.
