First, I would like to say that these words said in Arabic, which is widely spoken dialect during the time of Prophet Mohammad (SAW). It is (Language) known to this days as “Fosha,” the language used in Qur’an revelation.
Fosha is the common language among Arab countries. Nevertheless, every Arab country has its own national language, which is a bit different in all aspects.
Anyway, La illaha illallah means (There is no God but, Allah). Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah) & Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah).
I hope this one helps you.

La illaha il Allah = There is No God but Allah (1st half of a Muslims testimony of faith)
Subhanallah = Glory be to Allah (usually said in prayer or in pure amazement of the creations of Allah) ie. Subhanallah, did you see the full moon tonight?
Alhamdulillah = Praise be to Allah (usually said in gratitude & thanks) ie. Alhamdulillah, you've arrived safely.
Allahu Akbar = Allah is Great (usually mentioned in excitement in replacement of applause/cheer)

First of all,Muslim is not a language, they are people of a religion called Islam and the followers of Islam are called Muslim.
Second the Prayer you have given is in the Arabic language,if translated in English it will be something like this--

First of all , these words are Arabic words not Urdu as some answerers said.
Second , Not all Muslims are Arabs.
Most of Arabs are Muslims , but there are American, Indonesians , Chinese,..... Muslims.
Third , Arabic is the language of Islam and all the other nations learn Islam teachings in different languages . But they use Arabic words in prayers
