what is a good fathers day ideal for a man who is not a dad but is the only dad my son knows

I've always thought that family picnic's with my own father were always great to have, it's a nice way to sort of thank him for all that hes done for me in a nice calm and peaceful setting. If not I would suggest anywhere where nothing clashes and is a nice setting to spend quality time.

I always feel that a perfect gift is the 'gift of time'. Quality time spent together, like dinner together or a show, a few hours at a cultural event, anything where you just spend time together. That being better than a material thing.

i bought mine a ticket to the michigan nascar race it's on fathers day and he really likes racing
