To impress her, you don't gaze at her from afar. Get the courage to walk up her and introduce yourself/talk to her. Confidence, being yourself and a good sense of humour are the best ways to 'impress' girls.

Fourth of July is coming up, send her a red, white, and blue CARNATION bouquet. Do not send roses, too early and will creep her out. Add a nice note (or card) asking her to watch the fireworks with you. Be a gentleman, don't paw her, and don't make her pay her own way (i.e. food, drinks). Good luck

Walk up to her and say hi and give her your best smile that simply says "You are beautiful and im attracted to you". Then make sure to see her often and then get her telephone number. Start speaking to her every now and then and once you get to know each other go for coffee or for drinks and then start going out for dinners if you get that far with her. Good luck!

i don't do it i'm just giving advice. Why don't you go and talk to her, just say hi, can i sit with you and then start general coversation, introduce yourself etc and you will soon be talking away. That's the only way to impress, this will show you have confidence.
