hit the clubs, get really drunk, get home about 6am and all problems are gone.... or you could try one other of my tricks, this is also good for colds, you get a lemon and a bottle of scotch, you place the lemon and the end of your bed and start drinking, when the lemon disappears your better... yay

Sleep, or get high. But I usually am always tokin'.
Listen to music really loud, go party, hang out with people.
When I'm just feeling down, not like super depressed, then just hanging out with happy people kind of makes you feel better, its contagious.
But if I'm feeling like sh*t, then I go to a party, and get f*ckin wasted. Smoke, drink, takes some lortabs and xanax, and pass the f*ck out. And don't remember the next day, that you were feeling depressed, you just feel really sick and dont wanna move.

Sleeping, when feeling depressed...has its advantages and disadvantages too. It leaves you physically relaxed but if you go to sleep with your worries and woes...it can make you feel worse. While I feel down, I drink a lot of water(only that), and usually I'm blessed with company of some good friend. I reach out to my friends, do some light talk and usually feel better.

I can't eat when I'm upset. I just lay around watching TV (something funny like The Simpson or Sex and the City usually helps).

Everybody is depressed once in a while. If it happens often to you, or if you have big mood swings, you might need a little professional help.

Get help. It can be serious. If you're in school you can ask for help there or go to a community hospital or something, but it is very important that you get evaluated soon before you put yourself in harm's way.

talking with my closed friend or riding my bicycle alone to the tai lake during night to see beautiful landscape,the lights ,water ,mountain,bridge ,and meet the fresh air. you will be better.
