I would not state they are "ruining" America with illegal immigration, just that it is interesting how "color" plays such a pivotal part of our modern day discussion over immigration and who should or shouldn't immigrate. I always wonder whether we'd be having the same discussion about building a fence across our Northern border, if the supposed "influx" of illegal aliens were Canadian, i.e., white, instead of Mexican, i.e. brown. I think not.

Canadians would already rule the world by now....if someone hadn't invented beer!
Oh and just got to correct you on one urban myth:
The 9/11 hijackers DID NOT enter the US from Canada!
They were already in the US having flown months before from Germany, They boarded the planes in Logan airport in Boston. At no time were they every in Canada.
That psycho Zacharias Mousawi did enter from British Columbia but was arrested months before 9/11!

They aren't that bad. We do need a place to ship our liberals when I become President & they all want to flee the country, and only Canada would possibly accept such people, or perhaps France.
In all seriousness, all attempts we've heard of by terrorist to cross one of the borders have been from Canada, not Mexico, so I hope we can really count on them to help in tightening security on that much longer border.

Seriously, though, we really should have BOTH borders secure. Have you seen the story they keep playing on CNN? It's about the Canadian border and what a joke "security" on our northern border is.

I agree...Canada, Mexico, and any other country that doesn't teach it's citizens that illegals immigration is wrong.

Allthough more people come from the Mexican border the more dangerous people do come from the northern borber. I think both borders need to be controled better.
