absolutely especially today. See many people in new age Wiccans and simular religions don't know the rules. Some of them are Wiccan because they either believe in magic or they just are rebelling against thier old religion. These people probably do ritual abuses.

Only true Wiccans and simular religious people don't. The others don't know any better.

I think for the most part, it is made up. All of the one's I have ever looked into came back to be more propaganda by someone who disagreed with anothers religious beliefs... Usually a Christian preacher saying something about a Pagan kid. The FBI's website has a page on it, showing that they can find no evidence of Ritual Abuse on the scale that the media is willing to say there is.
Now, that doesn't mean I don't think it doesn't exist. I'm sure it does. But it certainly isn't on the level a lot of religious people would want you to believe.

No, I don't believe it really exist. There is just no proof for it.
There's rarely physical evidence and the allegations of the abused can easily been implanted by suggestive interrogation.

Christians ritual abuse of gays has been a long tradition, Christianity is a sick cult of hate and delusion.

I think it happens like once every 70 years its not really something to worry about though there are much bigger problems that need our attention. Blessed be.
