Any exercise may cause joint pain if done incorrectly or you are not use to it yet. Hang in there ! The pain is coming.

To the person asking what tofu is...... it's made out of soybeans, and usually comes from china, and can substitute for just about anything or add protien to just about anything. Tempeh works in a similar way. To your question, it shouldn't have an effect on your bones or joints. Are you getting enough calcium? If you are, you might want to see a doctor and check for arthiritis or other bone diseases if they start to hurt. Congrats on the everyday tofu, I wish I had that kind of commitment!

Don't know about daily consumption of tofu being harmful; I consume some sort of soy product every day and I feel nothing but energetic.

Tofu and your joints haven't got anything to do with each other.

It's a mixture of matters--most often it is too little activity (as a result of an excessive amount of comfort of "non-bodily" routine and movements, loss of right social locations TO get activity like parks and sidewalks, and so forth.) and having meals WAY to easy. Plus we are CONSTANTLY uncovered to it---billboards, TV/Radio, eating place advertisements, in line at examine-out counters, merchandising machines, on-line. If you are consistently uncovered to it, you are going to be consistently considering it. And the extra you consider approximately some thing, the extra you can have a tendency to have interaction in something it's you are considering--meals, physical games, TV, and so forth.. I fairly hate that side of America. We're so severe; it is both the ones "wellbeing-nuts" who're obsessive about monitoring EVERYTHING or the ones persons who have no idea or do not care and are obsessive about consuming EVERYTHING. Then there are persons like me, who grew up round each forms of persons, and now I haven't any proposal myself fairly the way to manage matters like meals and hence battle a LOT. I recognise what is healthful and well, and normally I can persist with it, however often seeing advertisements for a great chocolate cake or anyone else consuming it, I begin to consider, "I've been fairly healthful in recent times. And I've been placing plenty of time into university. Plus I simply aced that enormous examination... Maybe I deserve it." And then that piece of chocolate cake will change into 2 portions, and BOOM I (anyone who eats fruit & oatmeal for breakfast and salads for dinner, and runs 6 miles a few instances per week plus force trains) simply end up one of the most lazy Americans. It's a curler coaster. And I'd REALLY love to get off.
