Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't -- just depends on what mood I'm in. When I do, though, I'm not really "smiling" at myself -- I'm trying to get a view of most of my teeth to see if I should have done a better job of cleaning.

I don't actually smile. I do show my teeth in the mirror to make sure they are all looking ok and the gums are healthy. Also to make sure nothing is stuck. Usually floss gets anything that would be stuck, but sometimes popcorn hulls or strawberry seeds can even be missed by that.

I have this thing about mirrors since I was little and did the Bloody Mary thing. Now I avoid them at all costs and will even pace while brushing my teeth just so I don't have to look at my reflection.
So, to answer your question, I don't.

Of course, the inspection is important. Since you have to look at all your teeth, you might as well smile while doing it. Nothing looks worse than a big frown topped with a piece of spinach wedged between the teeth..ugh.

no, i usually run straight out the front door coz by the time i brush my teeth im usually running really late! check them at the bus stop or when im driving to work!~ Thats in the morning thou at night yeh i do giv a little smile lol

no i brush my teeth in the shower and dont really look, i can tell if i have cleaned it well enough

Yea, but i also buff mine with a towel or shirt or something. Now that i think about this i feel slightly retarded... oh well "buffing" them makes them shine a little more.
