Sounds like 100 mg Darvocet. It is a narcotic pain reliever.
The dosage would depend on what the prescription was for. Usually 1-2 pills every 4-6 hours for pain.

That could be a Darvocet tablet. that's Darvon and Tylenol. It's a mildly narcotic drug usually given for mild to moderate pain. It could also be just plain Darvon or possibly Codine. Without knowing what it was prescribed for, there is no telling strength or dosage. A lot of pillheads hold this as their drug of choice.

Darvocet, pain killer. Pretty good, crush it up and parachute it.
Recommended dose, I don't know, depends on how much pain you're in. Ask a doctor, unless you just happened to find the pill and want to eat it.
