Your "boyz be sayin" that forcing immigrants to go to war on our behalf is a horrible idea. Not only would that violate the constitution, but also basic human rights. Given our country's current reputation throughout the rest of the world, another major scandal and violation of human rights is the last thing we need.

Actually, I think it'd be a good idea to allow foreign citizens to APPLY for military service at US embasies in their home country. If they could pass a basic acadmic skills test (including english language), an apptitude test (ASVAB), a background check, & medical screening... then they could be admitted into certain specialty fields based on security & need... then after serving their 4 year contract including a combat tour, or after 8 year obligation (IRR) would be granted citizenship. That's pretty well earning it I'd say.
