Oops. I'm too late. Achtung_heiss already showed you that the 2nd woman named was Eve, at Genesis 3:20. This was written after the verse at Genesis 3:15, which revealed the prophesy about "the woman," who refers to Jehovah's heavenly organization.

Ironically, Adam's wife Eve is the SECOND woman named in the bible, at Genesis 3:20 (she is unnamed until this point in time). The first woman was defined five verses earlier at Genesis 3:15; this woman is an anthropomorphism for God's heavenly organization.
(Genesis 3:20) Adam called his wife’s name Eve
(Genesis 3:15) I shall put enmity between you and the woman and between your seed and her seed
