you can't "win" a girl you have to become friends with her,get to know her then if she feels the same way you start become more intimate and date each other. If things go well and you two love each other and feel as though you wanna spend the rest of your lives together then you get married,but there is no winning a beautiful girl..and on top of it all looks should not matter on if you want to be with a girl or not...you should judge her by what's inside of her heart.

Remember there may be language barriers, I don't know if he necessarily means win.
Just get out there and start dating. Unless you want a forced or bough marriage, there is not much else you can do.
