I think a daycare would be a good place to work so I can be with my 8 month old but still make some money. I just need to know if I need a degree in early childhood education or anything.

No but having a degree is a plus,it could get you a lot of money this also depends on what state your in. Some states require that you take some Child development classes in order to work with children. But otherwise you should be okay just remember there should be one adult for every 7 children.

No, but more than likely there will b complete background check. I believe here in Kansas, you cannot be hire until the your background has been approved by the state.. But I could be wrong.
