Mmmmmmmm. . . NO!
As to the second part of your question... Yup! It's happened to me! And to this day, my "girl" friend still believes that some day we will be sitting on a front porch somewhere talking about old times! She just doesn't get it and won't give up!!! Geeez!
(And it's been over 30 years now since high school!)

I believe that it is possible for two people to be friends after an intimate relationship. The only thing is that they both have to be completely over each other. There needs to be a significant amount of time, where each person heals from the relationship. If there are any feelings on either part, it won't work.

yes because i slept with a guy twice, but after hanging out and stuff we gradually just became friends. I dont look at him in a sexual way anymore and I like him much better as just a friend. We've slept in the same bed together numerous times without laying a finger on each other. So yes...its very much possible

Depends on the length and depth of the sexual relationship. If it was more of casual encounters then possible but if its a long term relationship years probably have to pass for both involved to move on before any friendship could exist.

It is really really hard, but it is possible. Most often than not things never go back to the way there were before things were sexual, but as long as you're both mature adults the relationship will most likely survive.

Yes, but they need at least two-four weeks apart after the break up, depending on how much passion was in the relationship when it ended.
