Why is it that my first son is always bouncing off the walls and my second is so calm?

I've heard this from many parents...

Has to do with personalities.....however, usually parents are much more relaxed and laid back with the second child. The first one they are nervous and want to do everything right.

They just have different personalities that's all. Most siblings don't act the same and sometimes they're complete opposites.
