God didn't mean to create us. He just wanted Adam and Eve, no one else. There were other human animals alive on earth when He made MAN (Adam) But these humans were not like Adam they didn't have souls and were not made in God's image like Adam was. They were made before Adam while God was perfecting the human animal until He got it right and made Adam. Adam was created only 6000 years ago, but some form of human animal has been here on Earth a lot longer than that but they were just that, animals, not MAN. And had God not made Man the human animals may have still been throwing spears now not riding in the space shuttle. But after God made Adam He(God) used to go to the Garden and talk to Adam, to visit with him, to enjoy His masterpiece He had created. But He decided that if Adam was to be on a personal level with Him He should give Adam free will.So He did and Adam screwed up. After Lucifer rebelled against God in heaven, that is what got God to thinking about making another "perfect place": the GARDEN. His perfect heaven was not perfect anymore after Lucifer and one third of the angels who had free will screwed it up, so He decided he would make another perfect place and see if it would work someplace else besides heaven. Well it didn't cause I guess some people are like some angels, they gonna rebell come Hell or high water. Its not a soul snatching game, Lucifer is just pissed offf with God for kicking him out and he dosen't want anyone to live in the place he used to live in. All the sorrow, etc.is just nature, and the devil. Sometimes God intervenes but mostly just stays out of the way and lets nature take it course and lets the devil do want he wants cause God knows that each of us can live in heaven if we really want to.

Yes, God did make Lucifer. Heck, he made all the angels. Now to answer to question to the second best of my ability (I'm tired) I need to first explain the devil and then explain why God made evil.

People have always looked for a scape goat, who is a better scape goat then the Devil "The angel that defied God". The truth is Satin is not half as evil as man says he is. If you read the Bible all Satan has ever done is try to convert people to him that's it. In my opinion Satan is still one of Gods angels, but a different kind of angel. But before I get into that let me explain why God made evil.

It's the age old yin yang therory. Good can not exsist without evil. Light can not exsist without dark, ect. ect. God created evil, so that we could see good. He did not want either of them, but when Adam and Eve failed the test he had to make it so. The truth is it really wasn't a test it was a choice. They could have either stayed in the same boring exsistance of peace and harmony or take chances and facing responsibilities.

Now God made evil and gave it to his favorate angel to hold on to. We can draw on this. See all Satan does is allow us to be evil. I believe God also uses him to "test" us. The reason I believe this is when Satan failed at converting Jesus to him, he did not kill him (which would have been easy for him to do (remember Jesus was in human form). Instead Satan allowed Jesus to continue bringing people closer and closer to God.

Plain and simple lucifer was an angel before he turned to the devil. So it wasnt Gods decision for there to be this war of good and evil, God wants to protect us because he knows how the devil works, so God wants to save as many souls as possible.

It is true that God is All-Powerful. God created Lucifer and angels. But then, Lucifer thought that he can overthrow God who created him and become God himself. That was his sin, and those angels that followed him. So God thrown them here on earth. Then, man also believed in the serpent that lied to the first woman in the world and in which Adam and Eve disobeyed what God commanded them. It's not God's fault but human's fault. We are given free will, whether to follow God or satan. It is not a game, we are not animals that do not know what is good and evil.

I know this can get confusing we were made because God was lonely, then Adam was lonely then came Eve. Ok now as far as the Devil goes it's the choice between good and evil. God is everything that have to do with Love and the Devil is everything dealing with hate. Now you pick which one is best for you. No games, no chest just happiness.

I'm not a Christian but this is the argument from a Christian perspective.

Lucifer was originally an angel, God's favorite actually. As far as letting him cause us pain, God gives us the choice to follow temptation down a road that will cause more pain in the end. He created earth and life for companionship, but we were the ones that chose to separate ourselves from him.

and yes, God did create Lucifer, He created all angels, but did not give them the same choice He gave us...free will

If you study the the original language of the bible you will discover that satan and the devil is you,sickness...etc... nothing super human makes you do what you do. Lucifer is mentioned in the Bible 1 time and it refers to a certain king of the Bible. Read the context and you'll figure out who this king is. God kills, he makes alive, he wounds, and he heals he does it all. Don't try to cop out by blameing things that don't exist like the devil and satan. It's up to you to figure it out. Why don't you ask a Christadelphian what they think.

Go ahead and blame God. It's the first step in your spiritual awakening. When you get to the point of accepting the world, and your life as the only possible way that things could work out, you may be able to forgive God. That's the next step. Enjoy the trip...

The perspective have come to see most often is that God put us here with the freedom of choice, wanting us to chose him over the devil upon our own accord. We are given strife, sorrow and challenges to bring us closer to him that we may seek his guidance and accept each day as a gift, regardless of the hurdles we face.
