Yes, I see no reason why not. Metronidazole is an antibiotic, paracetamol and ibuprofen are pain killers and all work in entirely different ways. There shouldn't be any problems taking them at the same time.

You can take all 3 together. Metronidazole is an antibiotic and must be taken with food. Also avoid alcohol.

ditch the paracetamol-- it's as much use as a chococlate fireguard-
Take ibuprofen not (metronidazole) and buy yourself some solpedene max painkillers-- trust me they are very good.
Make sure you don't go to work or drive because they are very strong and will make you sleepy

you can take paracetamol and ibuprofen but NOT metroidazole or you can take paracetamol and metroidazole but NOT ibuprofen.
as ibuprofen and metroidazole are both anti inflamatory tablets cant take them both together.
also make sure you take them after food as they can burn the lining of your stomach if itsd empty and give your self a ulcer.
if its for dental pain i would highly recomend getting a pack of nurofen 200mg and take 3 they work wonders for me.but again take after food.
